At 5:55 just when I was going in to complain, the lady came out with our food! There was another car that pulled up besides us that waited less than 5 minutes! Food was disgusting and cold! If the place was busy I could have understood but, it wasn't! Tried calling the store, that was a joke! Your customer satisfaction sucks.

- POPatricia OttJan 6, 20261.0This was a terrible experience for us. The place was just dirty. Trash on the floor the drink area had soda spilled and the floor was sticky. No napkins in the dispenser. The floor and tables in the dining area were all dirty. There was only 2 other people in there so it would seem like they would have had time to clean the area. We could hear plenty of joking and laughing in the back area. Only one young man seemed to be doing anything. He was taking orders, running out the mobile and drive through orders and then he was wiping off tables finally in the dining area. the ladies restroom was like a bio hazard. It had been signed off 20 mins prior but obviously they just signed it and didn’t clean it. The food was mediocre at best basically the burgers were just thrown together. We will not be returning to this location again and in reading the other reviews this place is just a mess all the way around.
