- POPatricia OttJan 6, 20261.0This was a terrible experience for us. The place was just dirty. Trash on the floor the drink area had soda spilled and the floor was sticky. No napkins in the dispenser. The floor and tables in the dining area were all dirty. There was only 2 other people in there so it would seem like they would have had time to clean the area. We could hear plenty of joking and laughing in the back area. Only one young man seemed to be doing anything. He was taking orders, running out the mobile and drive through orders and then he was wiping off tables finally in the dining area. the ladies restroom was like a bio hazard. It had been signed off 20 mins prior but obviously they just signed it and didn’t clean it. The food was mediocre at best basically the burgers were just thrown together. We will not be returning to this location again and in reading the other reviews this place is just a mess all the way around.

The service is really crappy and they get your order wrong a lot. a lot of the employees are disrespectful and don't care what they do to your food.The frappe machine rarely ever works and the ice cream machine is NEVER working so don't bother asking.The workers sometimes drop your food on the floor and don't bother replacing it but just giving it to you anyways.Overall it's a really crappy experience and i don't really recommend.
