Service at this location can be hit or miss. Drinks are usually ok and food is consistent. No one at hostess stand, waited a very long time. No one came to our table after 5 minutes so we decided to leave.

I had The Johnny Trio with a caesar salad. The Chicken Brian was delicious, the 9oz Tuscan grilled filet Marsala was cooked perfectly medium and of course the mezzaluna was heaven. I am never disappointed at Carrabba's.

I doordash and im one of the patience ones. I'm patience because I understand that yall could be slammed and have to deal with Doordash orders as well could make the restaurant even more busy. But don't take it out on the drivers your boss signed that contract with Doordash to make more money. The service i had here was not acceptable. I would've fired everyone that work at this place. As soon as I got to this restaurant I witnessed a customer complaining about service. And the girl she was complaining about was telling another co worker she couldn't wait to go home and get drunk. The workers have no good customer service. I asked girl up front that i was there to pick an order. I called her a girl because she still have some growing up to do. She told me she'll check on came back to front and didn't give me a answer until I asked. She told me there working on it but didn't give me a time. So I waited for about 20 minutes and again I had to asked someone if orders was ready. She said yeah and handed to me with an attitude. Restaurant needs a new crew are some training for dummies.

This is not a family friendly restaurant. The kids meals were NINE DOLLARS and my 3 kids ordered ravioli and they literally gave them 4 little measly ravioli, no sides. I had to divide up my plate to them so they wouldn't leave hungry. We will NOT be coming back.

My wife and myself have been coming to this location since the mid 90’s. Service and food has always been impeccable. We moved away for about 8 years and recently moved back. Our last 2 trips here have been lackluster at best. Service has been horrible. The food has always been on point. Not sure what happened in between the time we left and when we recently started going back but we never had bad service before. My son turned 21 this past weekend and this was his restaurant of choice. There were 12 of us eating and at least 5 of the salads came out incorrect. I asked for no mushrooms on my food it came out with mushrooms. My sister asked for mashed potatoes and it was brought out with broccoli. My sister in law saw a picture of what she wanted it was ravioli with a sauce on the side. It came out smothered in the sauce and was cold. If one server can not handle a table this size then management should know their employees and put more than one server on a table this size. My wife is not a complainer and made a comment when we left she is not sure if she will be going back. My family probably spent in excess is $700 there that night. Mine and my wife anniversary is next weekend and we will be going somewhere else to eat. So sad this used to be what all other restaurants were measured by. Maybe you just cannot get good service anymore and my expectations are too high. Our party of 4 had just as bad of service the week before. They were not busy either week so that could not be the reason.
