  Where we live we dont have a Carrabbas so for us we look forward to this place. This location was such a disappointment, starting with the drinks my husband ordered coffee and it was cold he told the waiter and they probably microwaved it it took 10 minutes to get it back, then he got a refill again cold, he didn't drink it! Then the food, I must say the fettuccine was delicious like always, I got a chicken trio, the portions were small and dry, I brought most of it home l, then my husband ordered the filet he ordered it medium it was fully cooked not even a pink line, it was hard and chewy. The place was not that busy since we went around 1:30pm , but still the waiter probably came once to check on us, I had to flag him down for a to go box and for our check. It was just a bad experience for us. Our ticket was almost $100, such a waste

  This place treated me like a door dash driver from the minute I arrived. No greeting at the host stand because no one was around. Went to bar, and bartender had to go to the kitchen to get a glass of water. Then, I was served half frozen shrimp scampi that was medium cool. No one in the restaurant seemed to care about a warm body being in the restaurant until I was leaving. The host was there, and when I asked for her manager, she said he was in the office on the phone. Nice!

  We came to the Houston area today and decided in a rush to try this wonderful place and I'll say it is honestly some of the best Italian food I've had by far ! We were greeted by the wonderful hostess at the front who promptly took us to our table where we sat in a nice spacious booth and ordered the trio appetizer and it was delicious the calamari was cooked to perfection! And their tomato sauce was incredible. I had the tea with blackberry and it had such a nice flavor one of the best I've had. The bread and herb dip appetizer was lovely nice herby flavor. Every one of us had a wonderful entree and I can honestly say not a single thing on our table lacked flavor and the ability to astonish us 🤍 we had the lovely Alex as our waiter and he was so nice and informative he explained everything to us with it being our first time here he made the ability to pick an entree extremely easy and I'll say he nailed it! The manager Eric was incredible and very personable as well. I highly recommend coming here if you haven't 🤍 I would gladly drive all the way to Houston to eat here any chance I get ! Especially with the absolute killer of a deal with the $10 take home deal 🤝 amazing deal and you'd be a fool to pass that opportunity up!

  Dinner at Carrabba’s was wonderful from start to finish. Our servers, Alex and Jen, truly made the experience — attentive without being overbearing, quick with recommendations, and genuinely kind. You can tell he takes pride in taking care of his guests. We also appreciated Eric, the manager, stopping by to check on us. His professionalism and warm personality really set the tone for the whole restaurant. It’s clear he leads by example because the service was flawless. Highly recommend this location — great food, excellent atmosphere, and an amazing team behind it!

  We had such a wonderful experience at Carrabba’s Italian Grill! Our server, Sienna, was absolutely amazing—friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home. She had great menu suggestions and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. The food came out hot, fresh, and delicious—just what you hope for at Carrabba’s! A big thank-you also to Erick, the manager, who stopped by our table to check in and make sure we were happy with our meal. It’s rare to see that kind of personal touch these days, and it really made our evening feel special. Overall, excellent food, top-notch service, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. We’ll definitely be back soon!
