  Alex V. provided prompt, attentive service without being intrusive. He was polite and professional - well trained in how to relate to customers. The food was excellent; we ordered the Pollo Rosa Maria and the Pork Chop. Both were flavorful and tender with good portions. Both the garden salad and the Caesar salad were fresh; the olive oil herb dip and bread were the perfect complement to the meal. We took advantage of the $10 take home deal which is a great value! Highly recommend!

  The food was delicious as always, but what really made the experience stand out was the amazing hospitality of the to go server, Crimson. She is absolutely a delight and always goes above and beyond. You do not come across that often these days. I have been to all if the other houston Carrabba's and my family will go out of the way to pick up takeout from this location simply because of her.

  Shoutout to Alex, our server! He brought so much personality to the table and made the whole experience feel genuinely warm and welcoming. This is exactly the kind of service every place should strive for. The food came out hot and fresh, and I can’t forget the drinks my favorite is a lemon drop, and not everyone gets it right, but Dayvanee’s absolutely nailed it. Hands down one of the best I’ve had. You’ve got an amazing team here!

  I had an amazing experience at Carrabba’s Italian Grill, and I just had to take a moment to recognize two standout individuals who made it unforgettable. Ms. Pat, the manager, truly sets the tone for excellence. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for both guests and staff do not go unnoticed. You can tell she takes pride in creating a welcoming and well-run environment, and it shows in every aspect of the restaurant. And a huge shoutout to Dayvanee, the bartender! The drinks were perfectly made, and the service was top-tier. Dayvanee has such a great personality friendly, attentive, and engaging which made sitting at the bar an absolute pleasure. It’s rare to come across a team that makes you feel this valued as a customer. Because of Ms. Pat’s leadership and Davani’s exceptional service, I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

  🍝…We visited Carrabba’s Italian Grill today for dinner and were deeply disappointed. We asked for fried calamari as an appetizer, but the waitress forgot to bring it 😠 and she didn’t even apologize.. I ordered the shrimp and scallop linguine and was shocked to find only one scallop on top of the dish, just one 😡 ..My wife ordered the chicken Parmesan, which turned out to be the worst we’ve ever had 😡 ..On top of that, we ordered one Blue Moon draft beer and it came in a very, very small glass for $8, and a glass of red wine Coppola Diamond Cabernet for $19 (..the bottle is $15 at Kroger’s) 🤬 .. This isn’t about pricey. ..This was not the quality we remembered and expected, and left us feeling very let down... I don’t care paying for an expensive meal when worthy and enjoyable, but this wasn’t the case… Of course tip was $0.00 zero, nada (first time in my life I don’t tip), ..although tip should have been negative…
