  Ordered delivery off of the Wingstop app and when delivered we were missing fries. I called to see what could be done and was met with a super rude worker who said we would have to go pick up the french fries even though we ordered through their app for delivery. I am 9months pregnant and obviously ordered because it is not easy for me to get out right now and he expressed that there was nothing that could be done when they could easily send out another delivery driver. Completely unprofessional and ridiculous considering we paid for the delivery and the fries and were told if we don’t go pick them up we were basically SOL. Will be talking to a manager in the morning.

  Food is consistently hot, delicious, crispy, on point, and the driver is always here when they say they will be 🎯 Thank you for everything you're doing 🙏 P.S. I know we have a right to take the time to tell folks what they do incorrect, but please always remember that it only takes a minute to let someone know they are going ABOVE & BEYOND. Because we all know folks do not get paid enough to deal with US anyway. Let's be real! 💯 You guys have consistently been doing a great job with our appetizers; a sincere thank you from our home 🫶🏼

  Placed an order in store, it was not busy the whole time I was there. Sat right in front of the register to wait for the order. Waited for 30 minutes and my name had disappeared from the screen so I decided to ask the girl because there was an order sitting there for 15 minutes that I just assumed was someone else’s because why would they not call out the name whwn it was ready? Turns out the order was mine and asked nicely for them to remake it and they declined and stated the name was called out. And when I said that my order was now cold the girl said “well that’s not my problem.” I suggest getting people that actually want to work.

  Any positive review, has got to be coming from the staff. This place was absolutely disgusting, they are going to make somebody sick, the way they handle food. They got my order completely wrong, the fries were not fresh at all and then the manager proceeded to tell me that he will not give me a refund, If I don’t bring the food up there”. I said, I am not leaving my house again to show you, they gave me the wrong order, like I was lying about it. Then he proceeded to tell me that I need to text him, the food order Wrong. An establishment that just opened, will soon close, if the owner does not get the employees trained, right, and employees who actually know how to handle food, instead of drinking right beside the prep table, handling food without gloves! six staff in the back, doing everything wrong. The management that handle me, his name was Gilbert. I do not appreciate being inconvenienced, for half of my refund, for my money back, to be inconvenienced twice. you have got to cut this whole staff off, except for the two ladies, that work in front, they were very nice and professional. But like I said, this place will food poison, 90% of the people coming in the door!! If you wanna waste your money, go try the new nasty Wingstop in Wolforth!! Health inspection, needs to come check this place out!

  UPDATED REVIEW this location has got much better since opening recently left 1 stat REVIEW but moq leaving 4 as it has been pretty good last few visits food and service .
