I ordered an extra small drink at the regular price. Kenisha wouldn't honor the deal. She charged for an additional 6" sandwich. VERY bad choice on her part. Now she has a ticked off customer.

When I inquired about the sandwich, she appeared unfamiliar with it, despite the menu board being positioned behind her. When asked about the ingredients, her response was dismissive and disrespectful; she threw the bread on the counter and made a comment that was both inappropriate and unprofessional. I believe this behavior does not reflect the standards of customer service that I expect from your business.
