  We will not be returning to this location. Closing time is 8PM our family was inside, ordered and paid before 8PM just be told very rudely "unfortunately we are closed so I'm gonna need y'all to leave" while flinging his hands in a shooing motion. There was another family that was sitting and eating that also seemed set back by the fact that not only were we made to leave but also the way it was said. Never have I been to a restaurant or store that has made a paying customer leave right at closing time. Usually you are allowed to finish your food. I have added a photo of the boy who was rude. Unfortunately, I did not catch his name.

  Ordered on the mobile app at 4:06am. Arrived at the store at 4:10am. Store was closed. I waited in the drive thru and called numerous times to the store with no answer and met with a voicemail box that is not set up. I went to work. Called the store again around 5:25am and an employee answered the phone. I told them my issue and was told "we were open at 4am". Complete lie. Employee said your order is ready if you'd like to come pick it up. I'm at work!!!!! Also, this is an hour and 15 mins after I ordered it. Asked for a manager, was told they don't come in til 7am. I will be calling back at 7am. Terrible customer service to call me a liar about the store being open at 4am when it obviously wasn't, and being told to just come get your order an hour and 15 mins later. No apology, no offer to refund the order or even compensate with a discount or a free donut or anything. Waste of my time and gas not to mention the money for the drink order that I still haven't received because the store was closed at 4:10am when I arrived!!!!

  I want to start by saying that I have been frequenting this location for many months. I feel I have been able to form a fair judgment based on how many times I frequented and the consistency of my visits and my experience overall. Firstly, this location is large inside, and typically really clean, which is something I am critical of at fast food restaurants. The restrooms are usually always clean and stocked. The lobby inside is very welcoming, spacious, with nice, big windows. Now, when it comes to their selection of donuts, yes, they typically do not have many varieties or many of each kind on display. However, I don't typically come for the donuts. I usually get iced coffee and breakfast food items. The food is good for the price. The avocado toast, hash browns, or bagel bites is my usual go-to. Those items are all pretty tasty. The iced coffee has a taste that I like. No, it's not super great quality but price wise, it's what I would expect. Now, on to the part that matters the most to me and what makes a business worth my time and money. The employees here are EXCEPTIONAL. They are nothing short of caring. Sure, there are a couple who seem a bit aimless, but most of the employees there in the later morning are wonderful. If you actually facilitate a real relationship with them, they will take care of you. Yes, I have had my drink made wrong a few times out of the hundred trips I've made. But, if you simply ask an employee to fix the issue for you in a nice manner, they are usually very apologetic or at least quick to fix it without seeming upset. Again, I talk to these people and have real conversations. They know me by my name (most of them). Cassandra, the current store manager is amazing. She has wonderful customer service skills. And I've noticed a lot of improvement from the employees attitudes and demeanor since she became the store's general manager. I love this place. The vibe, the people. I'm moving and I am going to miss it greatly. Windcrest Dunkin', thank you for your kindness during a time in my life where I had hardly any friends. This place was so comforting to me. I won't forget my experiences.
