And they're never busy so they're not making money If it's just laziness from ordering what needs to be ordered or laziness from making the dang waffle cones. Either way not a good look for Baskin-Robbins at 2:00 in the afternoon you would think they still have everything in stock.

- SCSteve CohenJun 9, 20213.0This is the last remaining Baskin Robbins in my immediate neighborhood, as the other one, on N Nacogdoches Rd just completely went out of business. However, this one was always a nicer one - newer, larger, and also containing a Dunkin Donuts. However, this one has some problems that will hopefully be addressed: 1) On my visit yesterday, they only had about half a dozen flavors available - and some of those were almost depleted. I got a sense that either they were having supply problems or perhaps issues with a refrigeration unit. Hopefully this will be resolved. 2) After I was served my ice cream scoop, I was prepared to pay at the register located at the ice cream counter. The counter clerk told me I could not pay at that register - I would have to pay at the Dunkin Donuts register on the other side of the shop. That counter already had a long line, comprised of not only people paying for ice cream, but also customer buying coffee and donuts. It took me about 15-20 additional minutes just to pay, because I was waiting on people deliberating about what types of donuts they wanted in their mixed box orders or deciding on what kind of coffee they wanted. Meanwhile, we're standing around holding our cones since there is no place to put them. Now, the entire staff there was very nice & polite, and the ice cream & waffle cones were delicious, but that is a terribly inefficient checkout process! I just wanted to pay at the ice cream counter. Hopefully this is just a temporary technology issue with the registers and not a permanent policy. I don't think I would want to put up with that every time I want ice cream, or coffee and donuts, for that matter.

Although many of Baskin-Robbins’ flavors do not contain ingredients with gluten, and are marked as gluten-conscious*, they are NOT produced in a gluten free environment, which means there is always a chance for cross contact with gluten from other products in the manufacturing facility or restaurant. Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
