    I'm sure the reason why there are less than 300 reviews is only cause when the nice people of Wills Point can't say nothing nice they just don't. I been here a few times and simply got a sandwich and left, as getting a simple sandwich should be. Every time I have to keep repeating Myself to make sure they get it right which is OK. Everytime I'm there it seems it's not enough people working there to cover the amount of orders coming in which is OK. Not a too bad complaint to have. This one day i ordered a pepperoni meatball sub with bacon pepper jack cheese and shredded cheese. I paid extra for this cause this is what it's wanted. Sandwich looked prefect. I drove 2 minutes back to work to finish my lunch and bit into a crunchy meatball like biting into an Easter 🐣 egg with the shell 🐚. Not OK. Maybe it's just one meatball. Bit the second meatball. Crunchier as a Crawfish shell should be. I did the rest my shift hungry then had to wait till I get off to go back to subway. Everything would have been OK if I just gotten a good sandwich rather I pay again or not. Instead I got a big time attitude. Didn't even ask for a refund I just let them know they meatballs were crunchy earlier and I want another one that's not crunchy. She asked if I had a receipt. I said let me see. I came across many subway receipts in my console but not the meatball one. I came back in and said no. She said OK what do youwant. Do you want a refund or another sandwich. I felt better already as I should feel. She started asking what I want a foot long or a 6 inch. I said 6. I told her the bread and cheeses I want. She say it's extra for extra cheese. I said that's what was on my sandwich I bought earlier. Keep in mind the old sandwich is in the top of the trash 🗑 as it should be and as she directed me to at the register. I told her I want meatball pepperoni and bacon. I also had to keep repeating every ingredient multiple times and she still forgot to put the pepperoni cause she stopped again and asked if I had a receipt again. I said no. Again. (I never in life seen a review this long) but feel my pain. She say again we usually don't do remakes without a receipt. I direct her to the crispy crunchety meatball sub that's in the trash. That's better than a receipt right. She starts wrapping the sub without the pepperoni still. And starts to hand it to Me. I say i want pepperoni on it. Again. She say we are busy. I say you too busy for a paying customer? She tells me she can't. I said fine I'll pay again. Can I please get my sub the way I want? As I should. She starts all over again. Starts making it sloppy. Definitely deliberately. Lil do she know i like sloppy so haha 😄. The other lady takes over and does a absolute wonderful job, like the other young lady usually does. But today she has a big time attitude which should not be My problem that her day is bad today. Hell, My day was horrible and on top that I had to finish it hungry. Day would have been a lot better if I simply got my sandwich replaced with no attitude at all. The other sweet lady rung me up and I proceed to paying again. And the young lady with the attitude still stopped her and said You have to pay double for the double meats and cheese. I responded and said I'm already paying twice for 1 simple sandwich and this process is not being simple. I even tipped last time and all the other times. I will never tip any other subway ever in life again. It was my new years resolution to eat more healthy and eat fresh. Instead I got extra crusty crab shell meatballs and pepper hack 🤢 sandwich. By the way the sandwich tasted great this time. The service was My worse experience ever out a sandwich. It's just a sandwich. And whatever made her day bad, I didn't do it. She ain't bite into that rice cake cracking meatball like I did and I had to survive the rest my day off this bite. I could say a lot worse by adding my feelings. But that's it. I said enough. This is my nothing at all for all the people that just let it go and didn't walk back in. Thanks a lot for screwing up my diet. Fully!

    The person who served me was rude; she's a real disaster. She's the lady who works the morning shift; she has absolutely no empathy, much less manners. What an unpleasant person!

    I've eaten here a few times now and only once has my order been correct on top of that there has been hair and other things in my drink twice, just a little guy ordering from the app why do this to me subway :(

    They 90% of the time get orders wrong, if they run out of bread when you do a mobile order, they don’t tell you.

    I stop in about once a week and the girl behind the counter needs additional help. I’m always late to work because it takes so long and it takes so so long! I will no longer be coming here!
