    I ordered three meals this evening and was asked whether I wanted them regular or large. I clearly stated “regular.” However, upon reaching the window, I was given three large drinks and charged over $40, which immediately raised concern. When I politely questioned the order, the employee—who identified herself as the manager—insisted that “regular is large,” which is both inaccurate and contradictory to the option I was originally given. While I understand that language barriers can happen, professionalism requires clarity, accountability, and a willingness to correct mistakes. Unfortunately, instead of resolving the issue, she chose to argue and dismiss my concern. For clarity, I am attaching a Google image that clearly distinguishes between regular and large sizes. I hope this helps prevent similar situations in the future, as customers should not be overcharged due to miscommunication and then told they are incorrect. This experience reflects a lack of basic customer service and accountability, especially from someone in a management position.

    My receipt showed wrong items and I was overcharged on my order. The menu said $7, however I was only asked for medium or large. I would assume medium is the standard option, like regular, so I chose that not knowing it was another $1.50 upcharge. My other order was also put as a large when I only wanted medium, another upcharge. At the end of my orders, the total wasn't announced. As soon as the person said $26 for two meals and a small frosty i knew something was wrong. My receipt also said I ordered lemonade and sweet chili sauce, which i absolutely did not. I went in to talk to the counter lady and she was no help at all. The manager came out and they spoke Spanish to eachother and said it was common sense that it was an upcharge and some other BS. At the end she gave me $2 wasn't even the offset cost from what it would have been otherwise. Fries were also cold, hamburger was smashed and greasy, wasn't given the option for spicy nuggets so the regular ones were trashed, the drinks were also flat. Maybe it was a bad night for all of us, im not sure, but my god was it incredibly unprofessional and poor service. I sent a review in through the receipt paper, and left a complaint through the customer care option of the website. I really just want my money back.

    The drive through girl forgot my 2nd nuggets the other day. I told her and she said “I know I put them in there but okay” implying I was lying. I wasn’t. They weren’t there. I ignored it. Fast forward to today, I get the same thing every time I come here and the nuggets this time (same lady) had what looked like snot all over them. This girl needs to be fired. I, not 1 time, was rude to her. It is NOT my fault SHE forgot something from my bag IM paying for. I will def be calling Corprate on her
