- AWAllie WalkerMar 15, 20261.0Ordered 4 sandwiches through the Ubereats app, received all 4 wrong. This is not the drivers doing as the sandwiches are already wrapped up when they get there. When I tried to call the store so we could figure something out and get the correct things, no answer for over 10 minutes. I can go to any subway in this county , and have an absolute pleasant experience, but the one of Danville in Willis, needs MAJOR help. They are genuinely putting such a bad reputation on the Subway name. If every other store is capable of making orders correctly but they aren’t then clearly it’s not a corporation issue , it’s management and training issue at that store. Honestly corporate would be better just shutting this place down.
- MMMadOwl_TvFeb 19, 20261.0The manager and employees are absolutely terrible. They all have attitudes and do their job sloppily. There's only 1 employee there who is professional and courteous. Let's call him Mr.Game. Mr.Game is quick and professional and makes small talk as he makes the food. Even when other employees and manager are sitting down or hiding in the back. I've seen this on multiple occasions. This young man needs to be promoted to store manager and the other employees/manager needs retraining from corporate on proper work ethics. Thank you Mr.Game for your professionalism and kindness.
