When i called and explained my frustration about how long it had been I told the manager that I would just pick it up instead. She said “okay we just pulled it out of the oven.” It took me 3 minutes to drive up and get my order, I checked the pizza and you could tell it was at least an hour + old. I asked for it to be remade, they agreed. So i waited another 25 minutes for them to make it fresh again. Almost 2 hr wait for a $50 order, they need to do better.
