  It was a toss up between 2 and 3 stars. After thinking about the store, I decided 2 was best. The store itself is fine, employees great, but the selection really sucks. I was so excited when they opened up, because I really wanted to like them. But, I feel we got cheated, and got the dumbed down version of a full grown supermarket. For instance, theres not much soup selection as far as Campbell's, unless you want chicken. No condensed beef broth at all. If you want beef broth, you've got to get a big box of it. I have recipes that call for condensed beef broth, so I go to Krogers. This is Texas, the beef capital of the world! Flavored rice? Again, chicken. Or cheese. The only beef rice is Rice-a-roni, and it's not the same...if you can find it in stock. Same with the flavored noodles. No beef, mostly 8 different flavors of chicken. I want a beef themed side dish to go with my steak. Wanted a bowl of chicken Ramen noodles one day. Every one of the several brands of Ramen were spicy. I asked why, and was told it's because of TikTok influencers! NOT EVERYONE LISTENS TO TIKTOK INFLUENCERS! I like spicy, but sometimes want regular. Sure, they have it in those little cups, or wrapped in plastic, but I want the choice of the bowel! I've asked questions about products, and I either get "we don't carry that at this one" or "it must not have been a big seller". Then, im told (and family members) theyll bring it up with a manger and call me, but none of us EVER hear from them. There is very, very little chocolate or cherry stuff sold at all, it's mostly all vanilla and strawberry. Its like they WANT people to go across the street to Kroger! Because they'll have what you want! Last Thanksgiving, I was supposed to get a chocolate creme and coconut creme pie for dinner. That's like a Thanksgiving staple in most households. I've gotten it there before. Guess what? "OH, they must not have been big sellers. We don't carry those in this store". Again, guess who came to the rescue? Kroger's again! Most store have at least half an aisle dedicated to cookies. Not here. A 4 foot section of a few shelves. The coffee section is also half of every other store. It seems like the selection in this place is little more than a convenience store. From now on, I'm going to stop wasting time and just go to Kroger across the street. My family has already given up on them, and I feel more will follow.

  The florist department did an amazing job on flowers for our son's engagement party!! Morgan listened to what we wanted then gave us two pricing options. The arrangements were gorgeous!! We highly recommend Willis HEB floral for your next event!

  I’m very frustrated with the H-E-B in Willis, Tx Products are out of stock far too often, making regular grocery shopping unreliable. The app won’t let me change stores, and I don’t trust the substitutions when items are unavailable. This area has grown tremendously, and the store needs to better accommodate that growth. H-E-B usually does better, and I hope management addresses these issues.

  I love you HEB, but right now I'm having an affair with your arch nemesis "K". The only reason I didn't give you 5 stars, is because your prices are way too high for me at the moment. I love your key lime pie, but it is now almost $15! That is about what 3 cartons of eggs costs or what a package of meat costs, from which I can feed my whole family. I'm going to another store for all my grocery staples and just buying things I can't find anywhere else, at HEB. You don't seem to miss me though. Your store parking lot is always packed.

  Brogan was the most unhelpful, rude and disrespectful person I have run to in ANY customer service job. HEB charged me 2x the amount after another employees mistake, Brogan was rolling her eyes, pointing and throwing her arm, and all a round rude as I’m in tears trying to get my $100 back. The customer service guys Jeffrey and Justin were absolute sweethearts and helped me through this problem and apologized profusely for the situation and her behavior. She is the FRONT END MANAGER I’ll actually be taking my money elsewhere after this situation. I do know who I can contact but I want to make sure she cannot ruin someone else’s day even MORE in a position where she’s meant to help. With NO FAULT TO MY OWN 4:10 PM 12/13/25 at the customer service desk so you can watch her behavior. Mine was not to great after her horrible behavior. I had to run in and pay for my grandmas groceries, she accidentally left her wallet at her house. Got over charged $100 Went for help and was given Brogan. (:
