  I was not able to after waiting in line for 10 minutes and never being asked my order for a dipped cone able to order one because I can't afford one at 389. ! The kid behind the counter didn't even take my order there were three people in front of me and one behind me I never even he asked me if I paid for my dipped cone yet when I just ordered one he was rude he took something out of my hands I left I kicked a Trey because I am so livid the man making the ice cream should be the manager by now

  Hospitality and leadership is lacking at the Willis Dairy Queen. I have come here 3 times in the last 3 months to order 3 simple Oreo Blizzards and 1 Sundae. They have struck out 3 times in getting the order CORRECT. After the 1st time my order was wrong the manger said my name was on a list to get my next order free for the inconvenience. To no avail when I arrived the second time they could not find the list. I paid for my order and it was wrong again. The manger on duty took my name and number and said the general manager would call me. This never happened. My children wanted a Blizzard tonight, so I went back and tried one more time. They messed up the order again. Moral of my review is you must train your team on how to properly take orders. As the consumer, I highly recommend you check your order before you leave.

  I wasn't happy when I couldn't use my birthday app. The manager didn't even seem to care and couldn't help me. All she said that they do t use that app and now my birthday reward and gone. Not happy and will not come back

  I ordered chicken and dumplings. I was dining in, and preparing my soup with salt and pepper and stirring to to cool it off. While stirring I noticed a black hair in my soup. I pulled it out and determined it was not mine because my hair is red. This was a 4 inch black hair. I then stirred a little more and found another. I brought it to the counter and explained to the young man who had rang up and brought me my food. An older lady, I am assuming the manager came around and was saying things making the situation very uncomfortable. First she said, “I need to see proof” then she said “there isn’t hair in the soup and there is no way” she disappears to the back and I waited 10 min for her to come back. She then kept insisting there is no way it’s in the soup. It must’ve been on the spoon etc. I told no, I was stirring the soup and it was in there along with others. Super uncomfortable. Super unprofessional. I shouldn’t have to wait for you to dissect a soup to find other hairs. I shouldn’t have to hear that you don’t think it’s in there. It was very uncomfortable. The way she handled the situation was completely wrong. The young man who helped me was far more empathetic and apologetic of the situation. Maybe he should be the one managing.
