BUT when I do I always get the best service possible.Sadly I didn’t get both girls names who helped me today but they were both SO SWEET and I have always had that same friendly interaction with staff every time I’ve been. I honestly felt like crap by 9am and the girl with the awesome makeup and hair had me feeling a million times better by the time they had made my coffee and she handed it to me. I appreciate them being so genuinely friendly every time! It makes the coffee a million times better too 😊

I am also a manager in costumer service. I did a pick up order early this morning ( 3/22/26 ) at the window, I received my drinks upon arrival & I was just waiting for my breakfast sandwiches to be done. I had no problem with waiting , I just had noticed that my sandwiches happened to have been done. She announced that they were done , and I just continued to wait. After a few mins, I just asked politely ( since no one was behind me & I saw my items had been done ) if she wouldn't mind handing me the sandwiches. She turned around and said " Give me a sec, I'm doing my job".. then handed me the sandwiches. Which I found to be so rude and not kind to a simple ask. It wasn't busy, it was just me.. the sandwiches had been done for moment .. to where asking politely to grab them, didn't seem like an issue. But I guess it was for her.

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
