  Eight people working behind the counter and none of them have any interest in taking anybody's order they just stand there in the back and chatter

  Need a whole new staff in there. Went to get my wife and I some food, the woman that took our order was rude. Then the order was wrong when I pulled up to the window. Asked for it to be corrected and one of the girls rolled her eyes, slammed the window and sighed loudly. I was neither rude nor nasty. I simply asked for a fix and that I would pay the difference. Get your team together.

  Angelica was rude and not accommodating. Had us waiting in line 30 plus minutes and was only accepting cash. She has no customer resolution skills and said no to any request we made.

  I was not able to after waiting in line for 10 minutes and never being asked my order for a dipped cone able to order one because I can't afford one at 389. ! The kid behind the counter didn't even take my order there were three people in front of me and one behind me I never even he asked me if I paid for my dipped cone yet when I just ordered one he was rude he took something out of my hands I left I kicked a Trey because I am so livid the man making the ice cream should be the manager by now
