  The staff is amazing, food is good. But that soda machine has got to go. It took 3 minutes to get ice, before it completely dumped ice. Then the touch screen too another 2 and half minutes to navigate because the touch screen is so wack. It took longer for me to use the soda machine, than get my amazing food prepared by a caring and fun staff that should all be getting a raise. Hit me up and I will confirm I am real and this review is real

  I took my Wife and kids to eat here. It had been awhile since we had wings, and we ordered an order of half bbq and half lemon pepper. My Wife had a bbq wing and she stated it was kind of hot, no big deal, then my 7 year old had one and she stated it was spicy hot. I was informed by the manager on site that bbq wings are indeed spicy and that it says that on the menu on the wall, I apologized for not seeing hickory bbq was kind of hot, as we don’t really eat wings like that, I apologizing for my mistake, I asked if I could return them for something non spicy for my kids since they both stated it was to spicy, I was told no that they would have to charge me if I wanted some non spicy wings, that was a lady who stated that to me, a gentleman then approached and asked what was the problem, I stated that I had ordered bbq wings for my kids but it was my mistake that I didn’t see that bbq was hickory bbq and that it was to spicy for my 7 year old and if I could please return them for non spicy wings for my kids, seemed like he wanted to do the right then but then before he could speak the female repeated herself and said no. Couldn’t tell who was the manager but neither one wanted to work with me here. I understand it was my mistake for not knowing that it was hickory bbq instead of just bbq, but it was ordered for me, it was for my 7 and 9 year old daughters and for them not to even try to work with me was a bit unprofessional because I was giving them back the bbq wings, I felt embarrassed for my daughters and myself, but I told them ok and thank you. Spent over $30 then went and got them McDonald’s. We make mistakes, and I understand the waste of those wings on their part but for them to not care as they were for my kids was insane in my eyes. Will never go back nor will I ever recommend them to any friends or family!!

  Went to go order my sister wings and cheese fries a week ago. Fast service, nice and respectful employees, amazing atmosphere. My sister loved all of her food and she said she would love to come back again.

  The staff was EXTREMELY rude and hung up on me when I called to inquire about missing items from my delivery order. They failed to give the entire order to the driver and then wanted to blame Door Dash when the order was placed directly with Wingstop.

  Ordered 20 wings from here on 2-5-26 at 10pm. They were dry, stale, barely any sauce, and had clearly been setting around for a while. Never order from here over B-Dubs. Big time disappointing. If someone is paying $30 for some wings they shouldn’t be MUCH worse than frozen grocery store ones.
