  To me, it looked like they were working shorthanded ice on the floor no ketchup an, no straws, the food was kind of throwed together and the AC wasn't working.

  The food and the service are so much better than this area deserves. Staff was friendly, helpful and welcoming. And the food was fresh, hot, and delicious - surprisingly. The issue is this specific area is Wichita Falls is the "clutch on to your purse" kind of area. It's the "hold on to your kids while a drunk homeless person walks by screaming obscenities" kind of area. It's the "college students are nearby and they're going to let you know it" kind of area. If this location was closer to a safer, more welcoming area of Wichita Falls, the rating would easily be a 4-5 Star Rating. But if you need to lock your doors and roll up your windows as soon as you enter the parking lot - you know you should not visit this place often. As mentioned previously, food was great. Dining room was clean (albeit with the exception of the sleeping student in one of the booths, backpack and all). And the staff sounded caring and attentive. Prices are some of the best for fast food around here, with many specials and deals on. If you really have a Wendy craving, this is your only option in this area (unless you count the counter at the Truck stop down the street). I do suggest you crack your window enough to grab your food, pay for it, and get the heck out of "get mugged or assaulted Dodge".

  Super slow service took me 15 minutes in the drive-through waiting in a parking spot to get my food. I will never return to this location and the food is mediocre. One star is very generous.

  Probably a reason why this is the first and only time I’ve been here since I moved here almost 4 years ago sat in the drive-through for well over 15 minutes around 9:30 at night. Nobody in the drive-through really to begin with… let me add two people behind me in the drive-through ordered and then pulled off and left because they waited so long …also had a very simple order, including a burger that I flat out said no tomatoes and they still put tomatoes on it. Yes, I know I can pick it off, but it’s still the point if you have time to waste and time to sit there then yes go here. Glad I haven’t wasted my time over the last four years and it was a one and done for me
