  I am not saying I am a Taco Bell fan, ever since the price jumps in the Oughts for us struggling college students. Anyways I do visit this location from time to time for myself and my teenagers. So quality and actual make up of its food is as dubious as it was in the 90s, but my focus is on service. Every time I visit things change at the drive thru, and no problem. But every time, I mean every time, even with an empty dining room and empty drive thru. I am prompted every 3-4 seconds if I need help or have questions. Well I have only read the contents of one of your new combo numbers off your board that is placed in the second worst position of Drive thrus I have seen in the last decade, so yes I might need another 3 seconds to read your board. Heaven forbid you take 1 second to think of a drink because they are out of your first choice. One of my teenagers seems to think they must enjoy some Blow during the down times to explain their constant rushing us everytime we visit. That is why we now tend to drive the extra time to the Kemp Location.

  Awful service. Had to have them remake one item, and replace a missing item. Remade item was still wrong, and burnt. Was told they wouldn't replace anything next time. As though I hadn't paid for missing food

  Slowest Taco Bell ever, waited 30 mins to pick up a box :/ they tried to tell me the order was bumped and already completed but didn’t even start it yet…serious issues here idk

  This was the worst experience I have ever had at this location. This is about the girl who was working the drive- thru around 11am on 03/23/26. I went through the drive-thru, and asked for 2 grilled cheese burritos and a small cup of nacho sauce. It started rocky because she was messing up my order on the screen from the beginning. I corrected her and did not think anything of it. She then told me to pull around to the window and did not tell me a total. As soon as I got to the window, she immediately told me to pull around to the parking spots. Which would have been fine, however I had not paid. I started saying that to her, and she slammed the window in the middle of my sentence. So I sat there waiting to pay, she opens the window again and stares at me, rolls her eyes, and then finally collects my card. Then rudely told me to pull around YET AGAIN like she didn't have my card in there with her. I was not going to pull around without my card, as it takes two seconds to run my card and hand it back. She then opens the window and has my food. She handed me the food so aggressively that if I weren't paying attention she would have hit me in the head with. I leave, check the bag, and realize after all of the attitude and hostility, they didn't even put the cheese cup in there that I had to pay for. It wasn't worth the hassle to go fight someone over a cheese cup after everything I had already experience with this horrible, rude employee.
