  Worst customer service merchant in Uber Eats, cancelling orders twice on different days, waste of time no customer service, they don’t need to be in Uber Eats if they can’t provide the services.

  We have tried going in and ordering around 8 o’clock at night past couple of times, only to be told by the guy who is closing, we are only accepting online orders I can not take cash or card, but yet I can go to the one inside Walmart on central freeway and place my order before they close with no problem. I do not know why this guy at this particular subway is refusing to take customers orders unless he just doesn’t feel like working or just refuses to take orders and then doesn’t want to re clean, but this has happened several times when we try to come in. Where we live our subway is closed so we have to go into Wichita to get a subway sandwich, so yes we end up having to drive to get a subway sandwich and the one that closed last night has just not waned to take our order and always lies and says his computer is only taking online orders at the time.
