  for the past several months (est feb 2026) they have been checking off the orders 10-15 sometimes upwards of 25 minutes before bringing the order out. i know that they do this bc sonic wants the orders out within 4 minutes, so they are clearing it to make them look good to the big bosses. currently been waiting 10 minutes for 3 sodas

  Forgot over half of our order. Called back to inform them. They send another guy out to “double check” because “they know they put it in the bag”. Another guy comes out and brings us the rest of the order. No one is in uniform. Very unprofessional. Food was good, once we finally received it all.
