- BWBrandon WilsonMar 15, 20261.0On March 11th I placed an order with papa John's the app stated if I made the order id be rewarded with 81 dollars papa dough we'll its been several days an nothing I call customer service an get told it was an error an they are trying to get it fixed an sorry about that well I feel as i was lied to when I stated if I placed my order I would get the points I I took a screen shit of it for this very reason even sent it to them an still nothing so I want everyone to know papa John's does not hold up to what they say they will do

I had to order an extra beverage just to get delivery and it drove the price up significantly. It didn't used to be this way. I won't be ordering from Papa John's again.

Explained the situation and the employee was so nice he had it remade fresh for me. It had just come out of the oven when I walked in. I can't tell if it's a piece of plastic or a tooth but it definitely made me question the quality of pizza. It was cooked into the pizza at one point because I didn't see it before taking a bite.
