I also enjoy the rewards and the happy hours! They have a verity of other items : hats, t-shirts, water bottles, tumblers, coolers, snacks, and they sell there tea bags of your favorite flavors.
- KLKayden LockApr 14, 20261.0I’m honestly really disappointed with the overall experience, Every time I go through the drive-through, the cups are filled almost entirely with ice, leaving very little actual drink for what you’re paying. I’ve also had multiple experiences with the water quality that were concerning. I’ve received cups of water that smelled and tasted strongly off either like chlorine or that fishy taste you sometimes get from city water. When I called to ask about it, the response was dismissive. I wasn’t offered a replacement or even an apology just a casual acknowledgment that their water line had been down, which was honestly frustrating. The bigger issue, though, is the customer service. The staff consistently come across as annoyed that customers are even there. Basic questions are met with short or snarky responses, and it doesn’t seem like there’s much effort to be helpful or knowledgeable about the products. That lack of care really shows in the overall experience. To make matters worse, the wait times are unreasonable. If there are more than a handful of cars, you can easily be stuck in line for 30 minutes just to get a drink. Between the lack of transparency, poor service, and long waits, it’s just not worth it.
