Gretchen, the lady that made it did not take into consideration ANY of the details that would have made my cake special. The ordeal was not an easy fix but I'm thankful the bakery had an employee Teresa that could fix the problem from start to finish in an hr. and a half!!! Ufff! So not only did we not live in town we were out the wasted time waiting on it, and STILL had to pay full price! My recommendation is that you do not allow Gretchen to make your cake😤 Thank you Teresa, for staying late when you didnt have to and for salvaging the ugly cake we were almost sent home with.
