Then asks us to us kiosk cause shes busy in drivethru. Crazy. Customer service doesnt seem to even exist here. So did not order. Decided if they didnt want customers anyway. 3 less wouldnt matter to them.

Management does not have enough employees on schedule during that time. The few employees that are there only really provide service to Drive Thru. So if you dine in I'd recommend using the shelves serve kiosk. It's not the employee's fault, it's management not having enough employees there.
