2 days ago I had an emergency csection with serious complications so I’m on bed rest. when I got home I ordered burgers for my kids on the app because I thought it would be convenient and easy since I can’t make dinner. Prepaid and everything. My partner went to pick it up and was told he can’t pick it up without physically having checked in on the app on his phone. (Which I’ve done plenty of times with no issues before) So I tried to check in from home since I was the one that ordered it from my bed and ofc it wouldn’t let me because I wasn’t close to the store. He was made to come all the back to the house. Carry me from the back room of the house and to the car and drive me to the actual store when I wasn’t even supposed to be moving just to either get a refund or what I had already paid for…. Because it had to be me “checking in” at the actual location. I threw up 3 times on the way home from motion sickness due to my medications. So what went from what should’ve been an easy experience to complete hell that I’ll never forget. I’ve never been THAT dismissed or inconsidered considering it was PAID FOR. I’ll never return and I’m contacting the corporate office

Ordered a smash burger, too salty, meat tasted greasy, After 3 bites I had to toss it. I do not recommend this place. Always looking for cooks, servers, managers and carhops.

The corndogs used to be pretty good from Sonic. Now they just suck! They weren't crispy and were undercooked. Those were the only thing left on their menu that I could stand to eat anymore. But, now, I won't be back for any kind of food.
