Wait, did seven minutes. The light was still on on the speaker and is still on as I’m typing. This out. Was told that well maybe that speaker is not working and then he decided to let me know all the reasons why the speaker wasn’t working when I’m sitting here, waiting to pick up two orders. Somehow that just seems an efficient to me.

The menu board and thecard machine were broken. The soda lines are moldy, they need to be flushed. I could definitely taste it in my drink after one sip. $6 wasted. The staff was friendly.

I mobile ordered before I got here and they still took the longest serving everyone else before me, I got 2 things.
The drink was disgusting the food was sloppily made.

Bad customer service with carhops. He handed me my sonic blast and the lid popped off and since it was melted it got all over me and my car. He doesn’t say anything, honestly felt like he was waiting for me to take the rest of my order while my hands were covered in ice cream. I had to TELL HIM to bring me napkins. Not even apologetic or offering to replace my order since half of it is on my car anyways. Do you have to train the carhops to have basic human decency? This isn’t the first rude carhop I’ve interacted with either. There was another girl who didn’t give me the correct order, said they lost my receipt and left before I could get a word in.
Only time I’ve had an actually polite and good carhop was during the weekend. And I haven’t seen her in a while…
