- SBSteven BurwellSep 30, 20252.0Walked into the store and waited at the counter for 15 minutes, no one even acknowledged I was there. I was pissed an left. (Without a exlarge pizza, which I was going to order) I will never order another Papa Johns pizza from Sheppard acess rd. Store. Rude staff!!!!
- JJJHAug 7, 20191.0They can only make a “delivery” pizza after 10pm. If you want to pick one up, your SOL since they are only capable of making “delivery” pizzas. Go to the other location in town or a Pizza Hut. They also lied and said that the Kell location would not do a carry out. I called the Kell location and they said that it’s only the Sheppard location that won’t cook one if you show up in person.
