Ordered and waited 30 minutes for cold food and a rude customer service rep when trying to return the order I paid over 20 dollars for for o w combo and an extra burger. Luckily the manager was standing right there and saw what happened and made it right.

It was horrible we waited in the drive thru for like 30 minutes just to pay we ordered 3 Dr Pepper and charged us for extra drinks then we finally got our food and he drops it saying I knew that was going to happen our fries fell on the ground then we had to ask them to remake the fries because they were just gonna keep it like that it was really bad I would avoid that MacDonald’s at all cost the worst experience I have ever had and normally I don’t care and just leave it alone but it was super bad I had to make a review

This franchise has cheese turned off for kids on the app. Once you order online they can’t change it. If you don’t order online you can’t use any of the rewards or discounts. Other cities/franchises I have not had this problem. I do not understand why this particular franchise is against allowing kids having cheeseburgers. But I know it’s possible because I’ve gotten it online elsewhere.

Employees are usually pretty nice. Just dislike being asked "what else" every 10 seconds in the drive thru. They seem to struggle with getting the order correct. We're often missing an item or something was made incorrectly

Waited 45 minutes for food then another 20 for my coffee. The only person who even remotely helped us was Devante!!! Food was cold will not be back!!!!
