- ESErik SPS1 day ago4.0This an open suggestion to the store manager that would have been made on their web site if United Market street had a way to post it. The location to make a short order was moved and there is no signage informing customers where to make it. You walk in the entrance at the deli and instinctively walk up to the food line with prepared food. Or walk up to the congested checkout area. Only when you get an order taken and take a seat in the dinning area do you see the monitors with the menu items and figure out that is where to order. Please post a sign where the short order area is. Also, after years of ear piercing sound of heavy wood chairs with metal framework screeching on the concrete floor everytime a chair is moved, why have you not installed something on the bottom of the chair legs to stop the ear piercing noise? Its time to eliminate this annoyance. Its worse than a shopping cart with flat spots on the wheels.
- BHBrittany HFeb 22, 20263.0The ladies who deliver are absolutely amazing, the other staff up at the actual pharmacy there not the nicest, it’s just the act they hate their jobs and just go through the motions. They’re not mean at all it’s just not pleasant. Additionally, I pick this pharmacy due to having autoimmune issues so I at times I need my medication in the middle of the night if I have a flareup and I don’t have any anymore and either I have to call the emergency line to my doctor or go to an urgent care. Well come to find out if they don’t have anyone or enough people to work the pharmacy, they just close it down for the evening , which I understand why but I wish there was something that said that either taped up to the pharmacy windows, or they would send a message out to everyone to let us know., so we’re aware, and then I would it’s not a surprise so that was a little frustrating especially because tonight I am in a lot of pain and my medication is up there and it’s ready and now I cannot go get it, bc they shut down for the evening due to lack of employees.

This employee or manager had a very rude and unprofessional attitude. He tried to tell me with to do with my son and I will not tolerate anyone addressing me in a rude way, when he could’ve been more respectful. There are ways to say things and ways not to. Sad to say, staff can create a negative shopping environment that drives customers away.
