I do not think taking someone's drink, straw and all after they have already taken a drink from put it in a mixer again is after not making it correct is allowed under food safety laws. The refresher got rung up as a srawberry refresher with blueberry and sparkling water and I'm still unsure if I got the wicked refresher. This was my second time coming to duncan this year, i only went back because I tried the wicked matcha at a different location and it was phenomenal. As I write this all i can taste is matcha powder in my mouth. Very disappointed and will not be looking forward to going back to any dunkin anytime soon.
