We just pulled up to the window 15 minutes after the website said they were making our order, waited 10 minutes for someone to come to the window, and were told that our order hadn't been started yet. This is a pretty standard experience at this particular location. It would have been faster to order from the Maplewood location on the other side of town and drive 15 extra miles.

I understand being busy, but dont have the drive-thru so far in the back nobody sees it or dont have it at all if volume is too high to maintain it
