  Another bad experience with this dominos. They cant seem to get anything right or have decent customer service. On the 17th of December I ordered pizza for the family just like every week. The pizza came dry as I got extra sauce and extra cheese on each pizza. I called to see if they could remake them (it was that bad). I spoke to a Marianne (another employee gave us her name to complain and said she is a huge problem to their store) . Marianne first lied to us and said that every customer has a profile and ours is flagged red in the system that we get free pizza. She then said she couldn't remake it and then said she would send out the remakes. Hours go by and we call the store back to check in and the night shift worker said they didnt have any remakes in the system and the delivery drivers and manager for the daytime had already left so he was sorry and would issue a refund instead. So today December 30th we were gonna order pizza again, but realized the refund never came and the problem wasnt resolved. Called the store and he said there was nothing they could do and we shouldn't have waited a week to call to check in on the refund. We asked if they could just remake the order and the guy started arguing and saying no. Story short it didnt get fixed. No refund, no remake and no satisfaction along with their weird lies. I wrote a terrible review 6 years ago and im writing one again to update how worthless this store is even 6 years later.

  Ordered 3 pizzas and for the second time the food was cold and none of the pizzas were as ordered

  Terrible experience! I ordered pizza and Buffalo wings through the app and only received the pizza. No one contacted me to let me know the order had arrived. When I called to speak with the manager about the missing wings, she had an attitude and basically implied that I was lying and I didn’t order wings until she talked with the delivery driver and realized I was telling the truth and in fact did order wings. She said she would have someone re-deliver the wings and told me to “make sure I answer the phone next time,” even though no one called in the first place. When the wings were finally delivered, no one notified me again, they just left the food on the ground! To make matters worse, the wings were half-cooked. Absolutely terrible service from start to finish.

  Had the worst experience I’ve ever had an establishment in my entire 30 years. I ordered from here and saw that my driver was only two minutes away, before even making it into the neighborhood he called me and it rang ONE time, I immediately called him back six times as I watched the tracker work its way back towards the store. Conveniently he didn’t answer. Then coincidentally as soon as he arrived back at the store my order was marked as completed. I called the store and was told “well your pizza has been sitting here for 15 minutes. WHAT?! And she said that she could have a driver send it out right now. Not even offering to have it remade? It was over 35 to 40 minutes at this rate. Then I asked if there was anything I could have as far as compensation because this is just ridiculous and I was getting the runaround and she told me no. That there was absolutely nothing she could do. So I’m sitting here still waiting on my pizza. Hopefully it shows up. But I’m truly speechless at how their customer service was. At the end of the day it’s literally dough bread and cheese. I think they could spare remaking two pizzas then having them sent out again. Just absolutely ridiculous. Hopefully dominos hire ups help because they now have a case against them.
