The service at this location is extremely disappointing EVERY TIME. The managers always have a nasty attitude even when the customers greet first (which is always the case). They’re quick to dismiss any questions or get irritated with simple conversations that have to do with ordering food. Especially the black woman with a mustache. She’s extremely rude when ordering at the drive thru or inside for dining. I don’t believe any of the managers need to be working at Dairy Queen if they’re so unhappy with their career choices. It’s very clear that they dislike the atmosphere and customers, so they need to find a new profession. I’m tired of being as nice as I can possibly be to these women and I’m always met with anger and rudeness. They need to fix their attitude and use some manners when addressing their customers. This issue needs to be addressed immediately especially because this is the only DQ in town. I’m tired of supporting this location with these women working here. FIRE THEM!

This store keeps rounding up my total to donate to some charity without my permission. Is this a bad employee's practice? Is the manager pushing this for their own gain for some reason? I don't know. But I call taking someones money without permission - STEALING.

Walked in at ~9:45pm on Sep 27, and wasn't greeted. Stood at the front desk for 5 minutes and most of the employees looked at me and quickly looked away as if trying not to have to take our order. When we asked if we were going to be served, the lady said "just a second sir, I'll take your order in a second" (something along the lines of that) as if they had already greeted me and I had asked 4 times already.
Terrible service consistent with the terrible rating.
It was also not well kept, there were bags and receipts everywhere and phones visibly on counters, as well as napkins everywhere.
