The last 2 times, they want us to come to the location to get the product they failed to provide. They didn't provide any alternatives to make the order right. Just excuses about new employees. Although I prefer the food from this location, I will choose an alternative versus gambling on getting my order correct.

Tables around us just got up and left because it took so long/ server never came to greet them. Even when it did slow down it took 20 minutes to get to go boxes and the check. On top of that, the last TWO TIMES we came we were sat and a server never greeted our table. Something is definitely wrong with this location. If its short staffed its a management problem.
