I was handed a hot coffee, and as soon as I grabbed it, the cup burst and spilled all over the inside and outside of my car door. Thankfully, the coffee wasn’t scalding, but it still ended up all over my arm and clothes. I wasn’t offered a replacement drink or even a remake, only a new lid. The employees weren’t very friendly. All I received was a sorry, here’s so napkins and your half spilled coffee.
