  We love the new location. I always receive great customer service and am very happy with my drinks. Jenna P. Was especially helpful and a pleasure today. She gave me lots of great suggestions and always with a smile.

  It's usually good here but today was the worst I have ever seen at any coffee place ever in my life and it's enough that we won't be back to this location and enough to make me write this very long review. The experience here today was just a failure from beginning to end. Ordered 2 small hot chocolates with whipped cream, kids temp. 1 medium hot chocolate with whipped cream. That's a simple order, isn't it? What we got were 2 cold-to-the-touch medium hot chocolates and 1 cold small hot chocolate. We said we would like one of the mediums to become a small, as we ordered, and that it was also cold. We got it back as a small and it was correct kids temp, but then they took our other medium which I said again as they took it "this one is cold. This one is cold" and she took it in and came back and asked if we need anything else. We said we didn't get our medium back so she walked in and asked if they want to make another and the one inside said "no". I thought she was joking, but the other came right back out with the same cold medium hot chocolate. I know she heard me on every return saying that it was cold, but she chose to let the one inside hand back the same cup as if she's clever and we are stupid and wouldn't notice, but how many times must I sit there and return the same cups over and over? Why did the one I told it was cold to not relay that information? This photo here says two things. It was too cold to dissolve the whipped cream which is why it looks curdled, you can try this yourself at home if you have a can. Also that they think adding whipped cream means a 2" line of whipped cream. I saw it when I was dunking my fingers into the cups to check temperature during the whole confusion going on because I noticed the cups were not warm at all. They were a few degrees cooler than room temp. Each cup had this little pathetic line of whipped cream about twice what was pictured here as this was taken a minute and a half later, but it was 100% just a little 2" line, at least have them make a circle, I'm not asking for a big snowball sized glob of whipped cream like I'd get at starbucks or anywhere else, but a tiny line is ridiculous. Maybe they have someone new that doesn't know how to use the steamer and ok, I can understand having a small training hiccup, but your order taker should be able to relay if I say 3 times that they are COLD, and the one that can't steam shouldn't be saying she doesn't want to make another in the first place, and no one in their right mind would think this is an appropriate amount of whipped cream when ordered. Would they think this is acceptable for their own drink?

  I genuinely love coming to 7 Brew! the staff is consistently friendly and the service is always fast. That's why I'm here multiple times a week! However, my last couple of visits have been a letdown because the espresso has tasted noticeably burnt. This is a major issue when it's the base for my drink. I know you all can pull a great shot, as I've had many fantastic drinks here! It seems like there might be an inconsistency in the espresso machine's calibration or the shot timing. Please ask your baristas to check the shot window (how long the espresso takes to pull). A burnt taste often means the shot has run too long and is over-extracted. I'm a huge fan and want to keep coming back, but if the burnt taste continues, I'll have to find a new daily spot. Hopefully, this minor adjustment can bring the quality back up to the great standard I've come to expect!

  This is my favorite 7Brew location, never have any major issues, but the inside of the store is covered with bees and the employees are having to fight while trying to work, not get stung and having to struggle. I’m not sure if owners are aware, but I wouldn’t want to work with bees swarms inside the store! Hopefully that gets fixed for them.

  i have loved every drink i have tried so far and if something is wrong they always fix it but the workers here are not friendly especially this one girl i do know her name but do not want to publicly call her out she is very rude and unpleasant to talk to also asked her a question which i found out later what she told me was completely wrong every once in a while i do get a very sweet friendly worker but it does not happen often as someone who works in service myself im genuinely surprised by how SOME of the workers act don’t get me wrong the ones who are nice are awsome and very helpful but i rarely see them
