- CHChris Hall4 days ago4.0For the most part, quality Chipotle with a friendly crew. A little stingy with the guacamole....costs over $3 and you get about half a tablespoon.
- FOFaisal Yousuf OsmanApr 18, 20262.0If you’re not an argumentative person, don’t even bother coming to this Chipotle. They’ll hit you with literally two chunks of meat and a laughable, tiny scoop of rice, then look at you like they’re doing you a massive favor. I had to ask for all the side ingredients and even then my bowl still didn’t look full. The portions were comically small like they were rationing ingredients for the apocalypse. I get that every location can vary, but this one felt straight-up STINGY. It seems like they fired everyone who wasn’t skimping. Just two years ago it felt like you couldn’t finish a $10 bowl in one sitting. Now? Not even close. For what Chipotle charges these days, you expect at least a decent amount of food in the bowl, not whatever sad assembly line this was. I left hungry and annoyed, which is the opposite of what you want from Mexican food. Won’t be back. There are plenty of other spots in the Wichita falls area that actually give you your money’s worth. Save yourself the disappointment and go somewhere else.

And the service was non existent. Too many people standing around doing nothing and the place was a mess. Will def not be coming back!!

Saw employee picking food out of the serving trays, turn her back to the customers and eat food with the same hands she was refilling the bar with. 🤢 if this is their sanitation standards during dinner rush id hate to see what they get up to when no customers are around.
