  The staff was amazing, friendly, helpful, nice, out going with all the positive energy. The manger Mattie was one of the best I've ever met. The customer service was the best I've seen since covid.

  There is an amazing young lady named Shayne that works there who is so fun to talk to. She always makes our day when we go in.

  I don't know that there's any redeemable qualities and factors about Arby's. Personally, I abhorred the food. But the worst sin is how expensive it is, for how awful it was. $7 for a Calssic Beef and Cheddar. When your smallest meal of your classic dish is over $10, you are just in the wrong. The dining room was adequate, in relation to cleanliness and atmosphere. The staff was friendly enough in the "they're real people"- smoke a cigarette in their car during their lunch break before coming in to serve you food - kind of way. Despite my negative experience, I'm sure this is just the typical Arby's experience across the board. So if you're ok with that, you'll know what to expect.
