  I went to 7Brew and had a really bad experience. While I was on my phone, I looked up and saw an employee drop one of the scoops they use to make drinks on the floor. She continued making my drink with it and then handed it to me. I asked for a refund and explained why, but she denied dropping the scoop even though I clearly saw it happen. I decided to give them another chance a week later, but it only got worse. When I pulled up, I saw a rat crawling under the ice caddy, and to top it off, I found a bug in my coffee. It was completely disgusting, and I will not be going back.

  They always mess up our orders even after reading back our orders. They rush to get drinks out and not pay attention

  The ice is not blended all the way at this location consistently when ordering a smoothie. Smoothies should be smooth when going through a straw and shouldn't have chunks of ice preventing you from drinking the drink. other locations I don't have this problem with.

  I literally just pulled out from getting a coffee the barista that took my order was very helpful it was my first time at a 7 Brew any coffee that was recommended to me is delicious barista was also very friendly and knowledgeable of the menu
