Service won't answer phone only way to contact if there's s problem is by text message corp or drive back or check it begore you leave. I only order on app and drive through. My problem is not getting xmeat. I always order Philly cheese steak so I know how much meat is normal. This last time I couldn't even see the meat I had to open the bread just to see oh yeah that's $14 sandwich with the xtras toppings so only the sandwich. I still recommend them only one intown just check your order you should be fine
