  So I placed an order online when I got there I didnt get the discount that was in the app I told the girl I needed my money back because it was a bogo entree. So she took my burger back inside and said the money would be replaced its been almost 2 weeks and the money still hasn't been placed. So I call and speak with a Mgr and they say I have to call corporate. They stole my food and my money. Won't be going back again completely lost 10 bucks man.

  I ordered two cheeseburgers and large tater tots. One without Mayo and Ketchup. Plus Mustard. One without Mayo, Ketchup and Onions. Plus Mustard and Bacon. One was correct. The bacon cheese burger had Mayo. No Mustard. The receipt and sticker on the bag are both correct. How do you leave off the Ketchup, add Bacon but still add Mayo instead of Mustard. Someone only partially read the order I guess. Very disappointing to pay over twenty bucks, only to arrive home and find the oder was incorrect. I had to scrape off the Mayo, Pickles and Lettuce and add my own Mustard. I live roughly eleven minutes away and both the burger and tots barely warm enough to eat. The only plus was the delightful young women who brought out my food. She had to go inside to run my card as the card reader at the bay wouldn't work. She keep a bright smile and pleasant attitude the entire time.

  One of the better Sonic locations that I have visited. The food is excellent and the service is wonderful.

  Ive called multiple times trying to get the phone number for the corporate office # and nobody answers! Not great customer service at all!
