If you want to be treated poorly by not only the teens who work there but the lady manager, who walked away while we were discussing our issue, go to this Sonic. This was all over an online order and a mistake we made by pulling up to the window. Was not met with understanding, only eye rolls, sarcasm and rudeness- even after we apologized. Before the manager finally made her appearance, we got to sit and watch all 5 girls laughing about the situation instead of just handing our drinks out, which they couldn’t even get right. Good customer service goes a long way.
