  They gave me the wrong order. I didn't find out until I get home which is almost 15 minutes away. I call, they tell me to come in and they will correct it. I said no thank you, by that time my food will get cold. He said ok, we can give you a store credit. I said no, I would like a refund because I don't know if I will be back. They did give the refund but did not try to make the situation better at all.

  It was a really windy day. I tried ordering online but it never would go through so I stopped by the store. The young man at the register tried to give me a better price but he said the coupon price online wouldn't work at the store so my order was going to be at least 5 to $10 more. I decided not to order pizza and left

  Im not sure if this place is under new management but the staff was awful tonight. I pulled up to the window after getting notified my pizza was ready, she opened the window and got my name, then never returned with the pizza. I sat for 5 mins before driving around and going in and it was sitting on the counter. She gave it to me with an attitude, I had someone on the phone and they mentioned her attitude that was overheard. I ordered pick up at the window and had I ordered pick up inside, I might be more understanding of this all. Three employees there were aimlessly walking around and not one could bring it to the window?
