  This location is one I’m always visiting because they usually do a good job in all areas of service. I usually leave tips because the employees are so sweet and inviting. Tonight went a lot differently than my previous experiences. I was there at 6:30 and was served by two girls at the counter. They were in the middle of flipping their meat table and I had three sandwiches to order, I would be frustrated too because that’s a lot to do at one time.They were consistently giving me faces, looking at each other and laughing when they thought I wasn’t looking, and when I didn’t tip them at the end because of their behavior they each made nasty faces. I tip based off the service I receive and it was AWFUL tonight. This location usually has it together but I’m definitely not returning for awhile if this is what the current atmosphere is like.

  The two young ladies that was working tonight. Was completely amazing. The first young was superb. She was the best I have ever seen in there when it came to the menu. Explained stuff no one else ever did for me. Outstanding customer service. She needs to be a manager. She's truly a blessing to this store. The next young lady was also superb. Amazing costumer service also. She listens so carefully to my food allergies. She was top notch amazing how well she put the sandwiches together. She was amazing at the service also. These two young ladies has the best team work I have ever seen in that store. They are the best team work hands down. They deserve a pat on the back.

  Miss JAYD made my chipotle Philly with salt and pepper and extra black olives and Jalepenos PERFECT !!!!!!! I mean PERFECTLY wrapped, PERFECTLY assembled to be mess free; and SO GOOD on a HUNGRY belly !!! super clean store and greet you AT THE DOOR service !!! The manager seems to be doing something right. I went back in to tell them about this review and there are a bunch of people giving the two of them nice women a very HARD time; being rude and impatient. HOWEVER, her AND the manager are both as POLITE and good hearted to them as can be !!! I don’t know why these hardworking people don’t get more RESPECT ! Hooray lunch stop :)

  This is the worst subway I’ve ever been near avoid at all costs half the sandwiches weren’t available because they didn’t have the ingredients and even then for vegetables all they had was lettuce and tomato no onion, no cucumber, barely any vegetables available. This is the worst subway in East Texas stay away

  After a long exhausting day at work I did a mobile order so I wouldn't have to cook. I picked up my sandwiches, got home and finally sat down to eat. Only to see they put the same stuff on both sandwiches. I called and was told to bring it back. I told them I would eat the disgusting sandwich because I was tired and not going back out. All he could say was uuuhhhh so I hung up. I guess in the future I will stand at the counter and make sure it's right. It's not the 1st time.
