  The customer service here is ridiculous. They act like you’re not even standing there. Nobody acknowledges you and there’s like 15 people working. I would not recommend eating at this place.

  most mcdonald do refill when you pay for a drink but this 1 dont do refill on tea and they try to ignore you when you come to the restaurant you better going to another mcdonald then this one

  I ordered one sandwich via the app. When I roll down the window to give my code at the drive-thru, I smelled the stench of marijuana so strong that I thought someone was blowing it in my face. Never got rid of the stench until I was back on the highway. Window flew open at the drive-thru and a girl about 18 or 19 years old didn't say anything to me.... Just handed me a bag with the sandwich as if I was dismissed. Sandwich tasted funny, then again I was just exposed to second-hand smoke for about 10 minutes so what should I have expected? It's been a moment since I've been here, and I don't think I would encourage anyone to stop here. Not a very good part of town on the other side of the freeway, so I guess it attracts the clientele. They can have it

  This location is horrible shut it down hire all new people and try again I mean how hard is it to put the hamburger in a bag..

  Asked for some jelly and picante, got the window shut on me at the drive-thru. Sat there making eye contact with at least 5 of the employees trying to wave them down and none of them wanted to open the window. Terrible customer service. Easily the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to. No decency, respect, or a care in the world. First 2 times I been here, I let that bs slide. I get it, they deal with costumers all day, but there’s no excuse for being terrible people. Do better.
