  Workers (including the manager)just stared at us standing at the counter waiting to order. They had 5 people running around the kitchen looking for a missing order for 5 minutes it doesn't take that many people looking and they could have just remade the order and moved along instead of wasting all that time. We finally just ordered on the kiosk and had to ask for our cups. We go to the drink machine and the coke was not working so we went to the counter and finally started to walk into the kitchen to get our drinks. They come running then and fixed our drinks and later when we got our food it was ok it's disappointing to wait that long for warm not hot fries. This used to be a good restaurant but sadly it has gone down hill. I watched several customers get annoyed and left while we were waiting

  They try to force you to use that stupid kiosk.

  No soap in womens restroom. A sign that employees must wash hands before returning to work but NO soap. The fountain drink machine was awful and filled our glasses in back. The place only had a few customers.
