Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

    My burger is always made incorrectly...the stickers on the wrapping were correct but not the Burger. They did make it correctly after I took it back but it took awhile before I got the Burger back and by then my fries were cold!!!

    ....sloppy service of what I can only imagine was the 'B' team of employees. Ordered on the app . No problem. At the drive through I was greeted by 'oh, the order with a strange name'... didn't bother me, the account is registered under my email which is just a scramble of letters if u don't know their meaning. The food was waiting for me at the window & someone was pouring the drink. And I was back on the road. The fries were awful. Every one was soggy & barely warm and they provided regular ketchup when I always specify spicy. Then the drink which was supposed to be 50/50 unsweetened tea & lemonade, was made with sweet tea. The burger was ok, but not anything to be proud of by a good measure. Most WB I go to have an impeccable track record of fantastic service. Something that had come to expect AND why I am such a frequent customer. There's too many other good ones to ever visit this location again IMO.
