    Ordered a 12 a 2 a 7. I asked for the drink cup. I got you said sandwich only. She was told no I ordered 2 hamburgers and the number 12. I never said sandwich only on the number 12. She got hateful when she said I can charge you for the fries and drink. I said I wanted a number 12 the whole thing. She was mumbling about i said sandwich only. Asked to speak to a manager there was not one there. When I left I told the person that handed me the food that since she cant hear people order their food she dont need to be working the front counter

    rude drive thru worker, came in two days ago around 12 at night after work, she seemed so annoyed to be taking my order and wanted me out of the drive thru. I understand it's late at night but its a job, cant all be happy. Also forgot my ranch then gave me it with attitude.

    I went to whataburger for the first time today and it was amazing experience. The manager was really great and nice and the buffalo ranch sandwich was the best thing I’ve had in years!
