  Always backed up and always missing people. You'll be waiting an hour for food. They prioritize people in store rather than the order things come in, so don't bother with online ordering.

  Actually just horrid. On 12/29/2025 at 8:51PM, I ordered a meatball sub and it came completely cold. I had to microwave it just to make it edible because the cheese wasn't melted at all, meatballs are not even half the original size from like, 2 or 3 years ago. And they didn't even put sauce on it, even though I ordered 3 of them. 5 if you include the oil and vinegar. Don't even know if it was because they were out, since I got delivery. Should have called me if they were. Had to put my own sauce on it. That being just BBQ sauce. Just go to some place that makes regular sandwiches. I guarantee you might not get as big a size, but it will be A LOT more satisfying. I am just beyond disappointed at how far subways quality has fallen. I can't even blame the workers, since an issue like this would start with whoever made the policies on how to prepare the food AND allowed those policies to be practiced. I do not plan to be ordering from here again.

  The three guys working today around 5:30pm were working like a well oiled machine! It was fairly busy with several people in front of and behind me, but they were able to keep the line moving without making people feel rushed and getting all of the orders out and correctly with good timing. I've spent most of my adult life in the food industry and their hygiene, food handling, and customer service were all on point! Of the subways in Orange, this is definitely the best one. Great job, guys! Hope you're working next time we come in 😁

  I ordered via the subway app and 5min later I called the location and canceled my order. I was told I would be refunded 24-48hrs. Nine days later, I was never refunded. I called and spoke w/manager Kathy, very rude lady, she couldn't find the order under my name, didn't take my order # and told me to call the catering center, that she's not refunding anything. She wouldn't give me the number to the catering center and she's suppose to be a manager. If you order through the app at this location and unable to get your order or cancel, they keep your money.
