With literally no one in the actual line. I could have just gone through the line. Today the wait was for meat. They left the food sitting on the counter for 10+ minutes while they make the meat, I asked them to remake it so it wasn’t cold and I’m happy they did, but it’s just so frustrating because I run out of lunch time waiting for an order that was supposed to be done before I got there. They are also marking them as ready on the app even when they are not. I’m sure to avoid getting in trouble.
